Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BRUSH PAST! We take great pride in providing high-quality coffee beans and excellent customer service. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Because coffee beans are a perishable product, we do not accept returns on coffee once it has been shipped. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your coffee or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We gladly accept returns for non-perishable items (such as merchandise or brewing equipment) under the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@brushpast.org with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

The product arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong item.
Your order was lost in transit (after verification).
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, as we often roast and ship beans quickly to ensure freshness. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@brushpast.org with your order number.
